Memo: Terms of Use

What Memo Is
Memo is the collector experience platform for Final Bosu. It lets you view your characters, explore traits, earn badges, write lore, and share your profile publicly. Memo is not a marketplace. You cannot buy, sell, or trade NFTs through Memo.
By using Memo, you agree to these terms.
Your Account
You sign into Memo using your email address, X account, or Discord account. You may also connect a wallet through settings to verify NFT ownership. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and wallet secure.
Content You Create
When you write a character name, bio, or trait description on Memo, you grant Final Bosu a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, adapt, and distribute that content across the Final Bosu ecosystem. This includes use in official stories, social media, marketing, merchandise, and any future Final Bosu products or platforms.
You retain credit as the original writer. Final Bosu may feature, remix, or build upon your contributions as part of the fan-powered franchise.
This license continues even if you later sell your NFT or delete your account, because content you contribute may already be woven into the broader Final Bosu universe.
Content Guidelines
Everything you submit must respect the Final Bosu community. You may not post content that:
- Contains racism, hate speech, discrimination, or threats of violence
- Is sexually explicit or pornographic
- Promotes illegal activity, self-harm, or dangerous behavior
- Impersonates other users, team members, or official Final Bosu accounts
- Contains spam, scams, phishing, or misleading information
- Infringes on the intellectual property of others
Moderation
Final Bosu reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any user-submitted content at any time, without prior notice, if it violates these guidelines or harms the integrity of the platform.
Repeated or severe violations may result in temporary or permanent restriction from submitting content or accessing certain features.
We are building moderation tools to support the community. As these evolve, additional guidelines may be published.
NFT License
Your rights as a Final Bosu NFT holder are governed by the Final Bosu License Agreement, available at finalbosu.com/legal/license-agreement and in the Legal section of your Memo settings. These Terms of Use are separate from and in addition to that agreement.
Privacy
We collect the following to power your Memo account:
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. If you make your profile public, your display name, bio, chosen PFP, badges, and collection data are visible to anyone with your profile link.
You can request access to or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting hello@finalbosu.com.
- Email address, X handle, or Discord handle (for login)
- Wallet address (if you choose to connect one, to verify NFT ownership)
- Character content you submit (names, bios, trait descriptions)
- Basic usage and device data (to maintain and improve the platform)
Disclaimers
Memo is provided "as is." Final Bosu does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or preservation of all data. NFTs displayed on Memo may fluctuate in value. Nothing on Memo constitutes financial advice.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect once posted. Continued use of Memo means you accept the updated terms.
