Memo: Terms of Use

When you write a character name, bio, or trait description on Memo, you grant Final Bosu a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, adapt, and distribute that content across the Final Bosu ecosystem. This includes use in official stories, social media, marketing, merchandise, and any future Final Bosu products or platforms.

You retain credit as the original writer. Final Bosu may feature, remix, or build upon your contributions as part of the fan-powered franchise.

This license continues even if you later sell your NFT or delete your account, because content you contribute may already be woven into the broader Final Bosu universe.

Everything you submit must respect the Final Bosu community. You may not post content that:

• Contains racism, hate speech, discrimination, or threats of violence
• Is sexually explicit or pornographic
• Promotes illegal activity, self-harm, or dangerous behavior
• Impersonates other users, team members, or official Final Bosu accounts
• Contains spam, scams, phishing, or misleading information
• Infringes on the intellectual property of others

Final Bosu reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any user-submitted content at any time, without prior notice, if it violates these guidelines or harms the integrity of the platform.

Repeated or severe violations may result in temporary or permanent restriction from submitting content or accessing certain features.

We are building moderation tools to support the community. As these evolve, additional guidelines may be published.

Every piece of collector-written content in Memo carries a report control. Using it sends the content to our moderation queue, where a human reviews it. You do not need an account to raise something with us: write to hello@finalbosu.com and describe what you found and where.

We will tell you what we decided and why. If we remove something you wrote, we will tell you that too, and you can reply to the same address to contest it.

This is our notice and action mechanism under the EU Digital Services Act, and hello@finalbosu.com is our point of contact for it, for users and for authorities.

What we collect, why we are allowed to collect it, who else sees it, how long we keep it and what you can make us do about it are all in the Memo Privacy Policy. It is the canonical answer and this section defers to it.

Two things belong here because they describe how Memo behaves rather than how your data is handled. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers. If you make your profile public, your display name, bio, chosen picture, badges and collection are visible to anyone with your profile link.

Unlinking a wallet removes it from your account, and it does not erase the record that it was linked. We keep the dates a wallet was linked and unlinked so a Character can be traced back through the accounts that held it. The Privacy Policy says how long that record lives.
